Abdul Rahim Bunuwasi, better known by his stage name Emlece Cypher, is a Ugandan musician, singer, songwriter, rapper and record producer. His name arose due to his great production and by the names of the problem on the beat, others call him cypher music or beats by cypher Cypher began his music career from Malawi in a city called Blantyre and later based in Mbale in Uganda after some later on he went to the capital city of Uganda known as Kampala.
